  • Where is your shop located at?

Our collection office is at 351 Jurong East Street 31 #01-79 Singapore 600351. You may simply search “Heycopycat Printing Services” on Google Maps.

 

We are opened from Monday to Friday, 9 - 6pm, excluding Public Holidays.

  • Do you have paper samples that I can feel before placing my order?

Yes! Please drop by our office to view the different kinds of paper that we have.

  • What are the artwork requirements for business cards?

Minimum Resolution: 300 DPI

Maximum Size: 90 x 54mm (Smaller artworks will be trimmed to fit)

Colour Mode: CMYK

Please include Bleed & Trim Marks.

  • What file types do you accept?

We accept PDF and AI file.

  • Can I use Hard Copy/Scanned Version of business card as my artwork?

A scanned copy or hard copy business card is not considered as a print ready artwork.

If you need help in creating print-ready artwork, our in-house designers are always ready to assist you with it.

  • Is design included in the order?

The price quoted is not inclusive of design fees.

 

  • How much are your design fees?

If you require designing services, our design fees are as follows:

 

Logo: $100-$150

Name Card: $25 - $50

Flyer/Poster/Banner: $50/side

 

  • How and when do I make payment?

You may place orders by emailing us the following:

  1. Company Name

  2. Attention To:

  3. Contact Number

  4. Print Ready Artwork in PDF/AI format

  5. Product Specification & Print Quantity

 

As these are customised items, we require full payment before printing commences.

Payment can be made in CASH, CHEQUE (Address to: HEYCOPYCAT PRINTING SERVICES), or BANK TRANSFER (Maybank Current 0410-1071-283 / POSB Savings 228-22536-3)

 

Cash on Delivery is not available.

  • When can I collect my order?

 

The printing lead time is dependent on the printing product.

 

Name Cards: 3 - 7 working days

Invoice: 10 - 14 working days

 

Kindly note that Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays are not counted as working days.

 

In the event of additional finishing requests (Rounded Corners, Spot UV, Hot Stamp), there will be increase in lead time.

 

When your prints are ready, we will notify you on the collection details. You may then visit our collection office @ 351 Jurong East Street 31 #01-79 Singapore 600351.

 

  • If I am a repeated customer, can I get further discount on my order?

Our quoted price are wholesale print rates.

 

  • Any GST?

All quoted prices are nett, and there is no GST charge.

 

  • What if the prints are not ready within the lead time?

Lead times provide an estimated required time for production, which could vary depending on festive seasons (e.g. Christmas, New Year). We are unable to cancel the order if it goes beyond the estimated lead time. However, we are able to provide a discount of up to 5% of order value for such unique cases.

 

  • What is your refund policy?

If you have placed an order, and would like to cancel the order:

  • If production has not commenced print -> 75% Cash Refund, 25% store credit

  • If production has commenced work -> No Refund because these are customised items

 

If you are not satisfied with your final print purchase from us, simply contact us within 3 days from the ready for collection date and you will be able to request for a reprint.

 

We are not responsible for any customer losses. HEYCOPYCAT Printing Services will accept a maximum of 100% liability on order value only.
